Oats Cake

Preparation

Take 200 grams of rolled Oats in a bowl and add 1/4 teaspoons of salt and mix together.

To the oats add 400 millilitres of warm milk and mix together and keep aside.

Now beat 2 eggs in another bowl, add 3 tablespoons sugar and beat together.

Add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder and 1 teaspoon baking powder and beat together.

Now add beaten egg mix to the soaked oats lightly fold in using a spoon.

Grase a baking tray with butter and pour the cake mix into the baking form.

Slice an apple into small pieces of even size and spread over the cake mix. Sprinkle some raisins also over the cake mix.

Heat oven at 180°c and bake the cake for 40 – 45 minutes.
