Wheat Dosa
Dosa is a favourite breakfast item for many of us. Normally dosa is made of rice and mung dal. But here is a dosa preparation using wheat flour. This one is also soft and delicious which can be enjoyed along with chutneys and sambar.

- 1 cup wheat flour
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- 1 nos onion finely chopped
- salt to taste
Mix the wheat flour, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, cumin seeds and salt in a bowl.
Add 2½ cups of water to the mixture in the bowl and join them into a fine batter.
Heat a flat pan and grease it with melted butter and pour the batter evenly on to the pan. Make a smooth round shape using the back of the spoon.
Allow the dosa to cook on medium flame. Drizzle drops of melted butter from the sides of the pan and allow the dosa to become crispy.
Take from the pan and serve along with chutneys or sambar.
