Apple Biscuit Melting in the Mouth


Apple 2 nos

Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

Eggs 1 nos

Butter 1 tablespoon

Sugar 1 tablespoon

Cinnamon powder 1/4 teqspoon

Apricot jam 1 tablespoon

All purpose Flour 1 cup

Baking powder 1 teaspoon

Egg 1 nos

Orange zest from 1 orange

Sugar 4 tablespoon

Orange juice 2 tablespoon

Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons

Salt a pinch


Peel and slice the apples into small pieces.

Now sprinkle the lemon juice, 1 tablespoon sugar, butter, cinnamon powder and salt over the apple pieces and mix them together.

Transfer them to a pan and cook on low flame stirring well till the apple pieces are cooked.

Now add the apricot jam to the apple mix and mix them together and remove from heat and keep aside.

Now mix an egg with orange zest and sugar and beat well.

Add the oil and beat well.

Add the orange juice and beat well.

Mix the all purpose flour and baking powder and a pinch salt and add it in portions to the mix in the bowl and join them together and make a fine dough kneading it thoroughly.

Now split the dough into two equal parts and place the one half covering it with plastic in the freezer of your fridge.

Flatten the other half using a rolling pin.

Place it on a baking sheet (parchment) and evenly spread the prepared apple mix over it.

Now take the other part of the dough from the fridge and grate it using a grate and sprinkle over the prepared apple cake.

Now cut the Cake dough into small pieces.

Preheat oven at 180°c and bake the cake for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and serve the apple cake biscuits sprinkling it with powder sugar.
