Pesto Chicken


  • Chicken breast pieces without bones 500 grams
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoons
  • Pesto 2 tablespoons
  • Pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • For the sauce
  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Onion finely chopped 1 nos
  • Garlic cloves finely chopped 3 cloves
  • Fresh cream 4 tablespoons
  • Pesto sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Preparation
  • Wash, clean and dry the chicken pieces.
  • Slice the chicken pieces into slices of desired size.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces adding salt, pepper and the pesto and allow to marinated for an hour.
  • When done heat oil in thick bottomed pan and fry the chicken pieces for an hour on medium flame for at least on each side or till it is cooked through.
