Ingredients
Rolled oats flakes 250 grams
Apples 2 nos
Salt a pinch
Honey 2 tablespoons
Cinnamon powder a pinch (if you like the taste a bit more)
Warm water 500 ml
Preparation.
Add the oats flakes, cinnamon powder and salt to a bowl.
Add 500 ml warm water to the oats and allow the oats to quell.
Cut the apples to small pieces and add to the oats in the bowl.
Add the honey to the mix.
Now gently ground the apple oats mix to a fine paste using a stab mixer.
Heat a flat pan, grease it with some oil and pour the batter in small round pan cakes and cook on both sides till done.
Drip some honey over the pan cakes and serve.
