Bubble Bread Smooth and Tasty

The so called bubble bread can be prepared in various ways. It is tasty and easy to distribute amoung your guests or the children will enjoy it.

Ingredients

All purpose flour 2 cups

Salt 1/4 teaspoon

Yeast 1 packet (7 grams)

Warm water 1/2 cup

Sugar 1/2 cup

Butter 4 tablespoons.

Egg 1 nos

Melted butter of ghee 3 tablespoons

Preparation

Dissolve the yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar to the warm water and let it stay for 15 minutes.

Add the rest of the sugar, butter, salt and half of the all purpose flour and beat them together to a smooth batter.

Add the rest of the flour and knead them into a fine dough.

Place the dough on the floured kitchen table and knead till smooth.

Form a ball of the dough, smear the outside with butter and place it in a bowl, cover it and allow to rise for at least an hour.

Once raised, knead the dough once more and make small and even sized balls out of the dough, grease it with melted butter.

Arrange the balls in a round baking tray, brush with melted butter and allow to rise for an hour.

Preheat the oven to 180°c and bake the cake for 30-40 minutes till golden brown.
