Oats Pancakes

Ingredients

Oat flakes 100 gram

All purpose flour 50 gram

Raw sugar 1 tanlespoon

Vanilla sugar 1 packet

baking powder 1/2 teaspoon 

Eggs 4 nos.

Raisins 3 tablespoons

Honey 1 tablespoons

Salt a pinch

Orange juice if needed.

Preparation

Mix the oats flakes, all purpose flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

Whisk the eggs in another bowl  and add to the oats mix and mix them together till it forms a fine batter.

Peel and slice the oranges, add sugar and raisins, mix together and keep aside.

Heat a pan, and grease it with butter or oil and pour the batter using a laddle and flatten it using the back of the laddle or spoon,

Cook the pan caked turning it on both sides.

Serve the pan cakes with the orange-raisin mix.
