Mango chutney is one of the simplest and easiest chutneys which can be made using a few simple ingredients.
Mango 1 nos
Scrapped coconut 2 tablespoons
(I used dessicated coconut)
Onion chopped 1 tablespoon
Ginger chopped 1 teaspoon
Green chillies choppe 1 nos
Salt to taste
Wash, Clean, peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces.
Place all the ingredients in a mixer grinder and grind it coarsely.
Take out from the mixer jar and serve along with boiled rice, idli, dosa and other sorts of breads.
It can be used as breadspread while making sandwitches.
