Honey 50 ml
Peanuts (dry roasted and crushed) 50 gram
Keep 1 tablespoon of the dry roasted Amaranth for later use.
Heat a thick bottomed pan and dry roast Amaranth and the crushed peanuts for 2-3 minutes.
Add the honey and mix well together and remove from heat.
Now take each spoonful of the mixture and make small, even sized balls using both your hands.
If the mixture is too sticky, moist your hands a bit.
Now roll the balls in the dry roasted amaranth which we kept aside and place them in a plate to cool and dry. This gives a fine texture to the amaranth laddus.
When they are dried of moisture completely, you can store them in an air tight container.
