A Tasty Dessert Using ripe Bananas
Ripe Bananas 2 nos
Eggs at room temperature 2 nos
Vanille extract a few drops
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Milk 200 ml.
Honey 100 ml
Peel the bananas and cut them into small pieces.
Put the banana pieces in a bowl and add the sugar vanilla extract and eggs to it and mix it finely using a stick blender.
I used a mixer grinder.
Now prepare a mould and pour the honey into the mold so that the entire bottom of the mould is covered with honey.
You can use caramelised sugar also in place of honey.
Now strain the Egg banana mix using a sieve into the mould.
Cover the mould with aluminium foil.
Place the mould in a large vessel half immersed in water.
Cover the vessel using a lid and and allow to boil and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes remove from heat and test whether cooked properly insering a skewer in the middle of the pudding.
If the skewer comes out clean the pudding is cooked properly.
Now allow the pudding to cooll completely and keep it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
After 2 hours take the pudding out from the fridge and tumble it upside down into another plate.
Divide into portions and serve.
