Spinach Raita
Ingrediernt
Spinach 200 gram
Green chilli finely chopped 2 nos
Ginger finely choppe 1 Teaspoon
Yoghurt 500 gram
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper powder as per taste.
Preparation
First of all wash,dry and blanch the spinach leaves in lightly salted boiling water for a minute.
Remove from water, drain the water and make it as dry as possible.
You can use kitchen towels or tissues to wipe off excess water.
Cut the leaves into small size if they are large.
Mix the yoghurt, chopped chillies, chopped ginger, salt and pepper in a deep bowl.
Add the blanched spinach and mix well.
Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled.
It is healthy, soothing and refreshing.
